The progressive training format is designed to focus on functional exercises that specifically target strengthening your lower extremities and core muscles. Variable heart rate interval workouts will help build your overall endurance and assist with acclimating to higher altitudes. The 10-session series begins on Tuesday, October 21, at 5:30 p.m. Sessions will be held every Tuesday and Thursday.
Additionally, we will offer optional asynchronous makeup days for those who need extra flexibility.
